Daffodils

Daffodils are part of a larger family of spring plants known as Narcissus which have over 150 documented species. These plants have six petal-like tepals along with a cup or trumpet-shaped corona. You can find daffodils in just a few colors including white, yellow, orange, and pink. Also the tepals and corona can be in the same or contrasting colors. Daffodils are grown from bulbs which have a life of about 4 years. They bloom in the early spring and are a popular choice in many gardens and in cut flower arrangements. Our Daffodils pattern set contains many patterns created from natural photographs of daffodils individually and grouped, against blue skies and grassy fields. Many of the daffodils are photographed close up to show incredible detail in their shapes and coloring.
