I love this! In Ayurveda (the medical science within the Yoga tradition) we use color as part of the healing process. We believe that meditating or focusing on a certain color can create certain chemical changes in the brain which can facilitate healing. Different colors create different chemical reactions which support different kinds of healing. So glad to have found your blog … I look forward to seeing your posts!
