Either way, there’s no need to get nuts – we’ll fix you up fast. First, try this:

  1. Download the latest version of the software – the problem may already be fixed.
  2. Look through our Getting Started Guide.
  3. Look through our Frequently Asked Questions.

Make sure you have administrative privileges on your computer. If not, contact your system administrator for help with installing SegPlay® PC.

Free 10-Day Evaluation

Segmation wants to give you the SegPlay® PC software to use free for 10 days. Play all you want and have lots of fun. On us!

Okay, it’s true we’re not including the full range of really cool features, but it’s close. The only stuff we can’t let you do is:

  • Print your finished art
  • Have access to more than three patterns
  • Use more than three paint and paper textures
  • Install any add-on pattern sets

Windows Vista Users

SegPlay® PC is fully supported on Windows Vista and there are no known bugs or limitations. If you have a problem installing our software, make sure all your operating system drivers are current. If you still have a problem installing SegPlay® PC, contact our tech team.

DirectX

SegPlay® PC requires DirectX to be installed on your computer (note: DirectX is preinstalled with Windows Vista,7,8, and 10).

If you are seeing any DirectX-related error messages, run this program. This program is usually in a system path, so entering dxdiag.exe from a command prompt (Windows XP, Vista) or search path (Windows 7) should start it up. Go to the display tab and see if any error messages are reported. Also, verify that your graphics card has at least 64Megs of graphics memory. Save the information to a file (by selecting the “Save All Information…” button and send it to us as an attachment.
