SegPlayPC™ Samples

Here are samples of finished patterns created with SegPlayPC™. This product offers two amazing feature which allows a user to create wonderful results with these paint by number patterns: 1) a high number of pieces to color in and 2) a customized color palette.

Starting with a pattern that has been designed to be very detailed (some of our patterns come with close to 2000 pieces), plus a large optimized color palette (each pattern comes with a computer optimized color palette using a prioritary algorithm), the finished result is extremely photrealistic when compared to the original artwork. Just step back from your computer monitor a bit, you'll see how wonderful these images look! Remember that they are not photgraphs, but filled in paint by number SegPlayPC™ patterns which were created using our Segmation™ technology

This one was done using the leaf texture provided in SegPlayPC™. There are over 20 textures provided in the product which can be applied in varying degrees of transparency allowing for very creative painting effects. A texture can also be applied to the canvas.

Here's one that highlights a few important features in SegPlayPC™. First, notice that the user mode is set to hint mode. This allows for only the numbers of the currently selected palette color to be shown, which makes the painting go a bit easier (its a great feature for younger children!). Second, notice that both the font size and color used to draw the numbers, and the line color have been customized for the user's preference. Third, see how the transparency of the original Mona Lisa image is adjusted so that it bleeds through just a bit onto the canvas. It provides another great hint when doing the painting, particularly when painting in the free color mode (where any color can be chosen to paint a piece).

Users can freely download the program as shareware—with a limited number of patterns, textures, and features—on a ten-day trial. The program can then be upgraded to the full version by puchasing SegPlayPC™ and soon to be added additional content at our Kagi store.
